This model tell us why a business is succeeding and gives clarity about what is missing, or what’s being done poorly in business implementations. It’s a framework to assess and fill the gaps and establishes clear benchmarks for excellence so that your business can thrive.

We will work with you to assess your current business and then fill the gaps in your business using the 4 Dimensions of this model.

THE WHY! The qualitative aspects of your business. This includes the values, vision, beliefs, the standards, the expectations and the purpose.

THE WHAT! The quantitative aspects of your business which can be measured.
This includes the benchmarks for success and how we measure our standards. It defines the strategy, the divisions, the procedures and the measures.

THE HOW! What actually occurs, when it occurs, how often, who does it and how it’s demonstrated that its completed.
This is where the results live, KPI’s are measured and activity happens.

The implementation connects to the WHY so it links people to the purpose.

THE WHAT IF! Who is developed? What are they developed in? What skills do they have?  How are those skills assessed, developed and mentored/trained.

3. Discovering Your Ideal Client

Your avatar is the description of the single client, who if you had them, would do business with them consistently, love doing business with them, and love helping them. They are your single dream client, who loves you, what you do, how you do it, what you stand for, and where you’re heading.

We will work with you to develop your annual, 90-day and weekly goals, teach you the metrics to consider to build your business and measure your success.

Now that we have developed a business mindset, used CAM to set up your business framework, discovered our avatar and know our goals to achieve the next step is to attract and convert our clients.
